We have tried to keep this short and in plain English. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
We want to be happy. We want you to be happy. We can’t solve all of the problems of the world but if we have done something to make you unhappy, let us know so that we can try to put it right. Please talk to us before you tell the world that we are horrid people. Please do tell your friends (and the rest of the world) if we have helped make you happy.

The law says you should get your order in less than 30 days. We will send you your order just as fast as we can. This is normally the next working day. I say normally because every now and then we have a day off, to see the family and stuff like that. If there is going to be an unusual delay we will email you to let you know the why and when.
If we send you the wrong stuff, you must let us know by email within 7 days of receipt. We will tell you how to return it to us (we will refund the postage) and we will send you the right stuff or refund your money (if that’s what you want).
If your order arrives damaged, you need to let us know by email within 7 days of receipt. Because we want to know who to moan at, we need a pretty picture of the damage (especially the packaging). We will let you know what we want you to do with the damaged stuff and we will send you undamaged stuff or refund your money (if that’s what you want).
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations you can change your mind about your order for any reason at any point up to 7 days after the receipt of your order (although we might cry). You must let us know by email that you wish to cancel your order. You don’t have to tell us why but it would help us if you could.
If you do change your mind and cancel your order after we have shipped, then you will need to take good care of the items we have sent you and return them to us at your own cost. These must arrive back with us in the same condition that they were sent to you. Once we get our stuff back (and it’s in OK condition) we will refund your money.

If you have ordered a digital download, you can only cancel your order before you have downloaded the item. If you change your mind, do not download the item and send us an email asking to cancel. We will sort it out from there.
